Lomi Lomi is Hawaiian for massage. Hawaiian Lomi Lomi uses long, flowing strokes the practitioner uses both hands as an instrument of the heart while focusing on the body’s natural flow and rhythm.
Ka Huna Bodywork is known as the ancient Hawaiian ‘temple of your soul’ style of bodywork. What makes Ka Huna massage such a very special style is its combination of movement, dance, rhythm, energy and massage.
Balinese Massage is an ancient style of healing that has been handed down through the generations. Balinese massage is an oil-based, table massage which uses a style of deep tissue touch, combined with long kneading strokes, cross-fibre mobilisation, acupressure, stretching, and energy awareness.
Thai Yoga Massage combines practitioner-assisted yoga stretching exercises, trigger points, energy work and meditation. Thai Yoga massage is performed on the floor, with the recipient wearing loose, comfortable clothing, no oil is required for this massage.
Remedial Massage: The application of soft-tissue manipulation Remedial Massage techniques to the body, generally intended to reduce stress and fatigue while improving circulation. There are many different variations throughout the world.
The Reiki method of energy work involves placing the hands on or just above the body in order for the universal energy to flow. This flow of energy can restore the essential balance of life force into the body, mind and spirit.
